The Dawn of Urban Air Mobility For decades, flying cars have been a staple of science fiction, from The Jetsons to Blade Runner. They represented the ultimate symbol of technological progress — a future where roads are no longer congested, and city skylines are alive with vehicles zipping between skyscrapers. Now, in 2025, the dream is no longer just fantasy. Thanks to advancements in electric propulsion, autonomous navigation, and smart city infrastructure, flying cars — officially known as Urban Air Mobility (UAM) vehicles or eVTOLs — are moving from prototype to reality. Over the next decade, the shift to aerial transportation will revolutionize how we live, work, and travel. By 2035, experts predict that flying cars will be a regular part of city life in select regions, reshaping everything from commute times to urban design.

A replica of the moon will be built in Dubai, which will refer to the natural satellite of the Earth. A hotel with about 4,000 rooms is to be built inside.

Located in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai regularly amazes with new ideas from investors who finance large-scale architectural projects there. There is, among others, the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa.

The new proposal is to be not only functional, but also symbolic. A replica of the moon is to be built in the city for five billion dollars.

The structure is to be primarily a hotel, which will be built on a 30-meter-high base. On it will be a sphere, 274 meters high. Inside, the architects want to fit 4,000. rooms, an auditorium for 10,000 people and a "moon colony" where tourists will be able to feel like they are on the moon.

The facility is to be illuminated at night, and the facility project will also include a possible casino. It is uncertain whether the last of the attractions will be built, because for now the law of the United Arab Emirates prohibits gambling.
